So my experience is not what I expected, unfortunately my daughter didn’t like what we ordered for her birthday. When I got intouch with Sandra nursery and explained the situation I requested a return and full refund, they said because of their situation with returns warehouse been relocated it would make it difficult and offered me 50% refund and keep the doll. I explained it was a birthday gift and we found one for £1365 and that all I wanted was my daughter happy, they offered the full £2890 and keep their doll without hesitation which I received in full 3 days later. Was left feeling very satisfied and it wasn’t a battle to come to an agreement for my daughter, so excellent customer service. All thanks to SANDRA NURSERY.
